Syntax: allytell <message>
example: allytell Could anyone give me a hand in Pravoka?
Others will see:
Yourname (Clanname) tells the alliance: Could anyone give me a hand in Pravoka?
Note: Clans that you have an alliance with will see messages sent via this
command, but not if you have only a nonaggression treaty.
